Failing Your Expectations

I know what your expecting of me
You want me to me to be successful
Of the goals you picked out for me
You know what I want to do for my life
But part of it doesn't have what you taught me
You want to have control of my personality
I want to live my own life
I want to do what's best for me

I don't want your worldviews to dictate how I want to live my own life
I will do my absolute best
To fail what you set out for me

I don't have the same beliefs as you
Might just sign up to end my life
If you keep on pushing me to my limits
I won't be here to see you be disappointed
