Last Walk

Abandoned when he was just a boy, left alone and thrown into the cold, thrown into the streets without a hand to hold. Little did he know this was the last time he’d see her, his mother, the one that gave him life. The one that gave up on her son, and left him there to die, and now how would the boy survive? I wonder what his life would be like? But, I couldn’t begin to imagine the sleepless nights. No love no home, no one to care, nowhere to go. No one to help him grow, no love no home, he has no one that can take him in. Ten long years turn hum into a man, ten long years of fighting the feelings that course through his bones trying to be happy instead of hollow. His eyes lay on the horizon just waiting for daylight to come, yet another day awaits him to spend alone, and now how would that man survive? I wonder what his life would be like, but I couldn’t begin to imagine the sleepless nights. When he went on a walk in the city he found a gun in the alley, it was loaded. One shot could end it he thought, so he put the barrel in his mouth then gripped the trigger. Out numbered, outcasted, by the world that he was born in. No Chances, no glances in his direction. Running in circles, lonely and scared, no protection for the wind that blistered his skin, just a park bench. That same park bench that he would sleep on. Outnumbered, outcasted, by the world that he was born in
