Hello and welcome to a meditation for the calming of the soul
You must be in need of a moment to clear your mind
Overstimulated by the pressures of the past, Or fears of the future
Your body thanks you for being here. Please, join me in the present moment
And allow my voice to be your guide
Away from the chaos
You may close your eyes
Or find a place on the wall to focus your vision
Bring your attention to the space that holds you
Notice the temperature of the air on your skin
What is the texture of the surface touching your finger tips? What sounds do you hear?
Now, breathe with me... In 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
Now, start to wiggle your fingers
And bring yourself back to consciousness
Always remember
You are safe
You are okay
