You like to do yoga, I go to spinning class
I like a shower, you prefer a bath
The thing that we both like to do
And do time and again
Is sit together on the balcony, sipping on

The Swedes say “Det ar fantastisk”- it’s the
Queen of drinks by far.
Caviar goes with Champagne,
Smoked salmon too, but the thing that I like most
To have with Champagne ,is you!

But when we’re not together
And you are overseas,
Working in Afghanistan or in the Caucasus,
The old champagne don’t taste the same
The bubbles just seem flat
So I top up our supply
And keep it chilled till you come back.

These are some of the places
Where we like to go.
We’ve watched the sunrise at Angkor Wat
And bears in Yellowstone
But we know what we’ll be doing
When we get back home
