After the storm
She heard one bird calling
Calling for its love I guess
Amid the torrent
Of branches falling
Many a bird had lost its nest
This summer storm
It came without warning
Leaving damage in its wake
But with the dawn
Came the gentle morning
To weave its grace for Heaven’s sake
All the blessings I feel right now
Oh how lucky we are
To have and hold
