Service To The System
Thank you for your service to the system
Now that you're a senior, we don't need you
We drained your body through meaningless toil
And soon we'll plant you in the soil
Your kids don't care they're too busy
The pills you're on make you dizzy
You can barely make it to the grocery store
On you, the system closed it's door
Maybe if you're lucky you'll get put in a home
Where lots of you sit together, alone
No one comes to see you now
You're the systems trash, a glue farm cow
Let's just keep you out of sight
Sit in the corner, you'll be alright
You should be proud, you gave it all
Before the faceless machine, you did crawl
The system doesn't care about you
For all your work, here's your payback
Sit by the window and wait to die
Feel too tired to even cry
I know it hurts to be forgotten
What did you expect from a society rotten?
