Signs Of Glory
The old folk sing of the wolf
A man whose fate was unknown
Living with kings and queens in the north
Proving his strength to the world
He enters the halls, the beast lies awake
Waiting to fight till the end
He leaps in the air, no blades and no fear
Tearing a limb from the troll
You can try to run back home
But you're running out of life
The low-lying marshes will be the place
Where you'll die
The following night, warriors asleep
The beast lurks in seek of revenge
Tracking her back, to under a lake
The enemy seems to prevail
You can try to kill me now
But I'm here to take your life
The bottom of this swamp will be the place
Where you'll die
Signs of glory
The warrior has returned
Fear no evil
I'll protect the northern lands
With the ancient sword
He became a hero, the king of the geats
Ruling his people in peace
A rampaging dragon came burning their homes
Alongside his men he would fight
All my men have run back home
But I'll fight until I die
With a strike at an open wound
The spitting fire beast is no longer alive
The old folk sing of the king
A warrior burned with his sins
Slayer of dragons and beasts in the north
His barrow stands by the sea
