Deep Sea Diver
Anita Chorowicz
Sunlight turns my skin to gold
Weather my body
Not afraid of getting old
May time be the salve
Let it heal al of my wounds
Right now my heart is bleeding out it's poring
For you
I dive into the shadows
Where serpents come to play
Your wading in the shallows
The shores never so far away
You looked just like an angel
Flying high above the sky
Thought you would me my angel
Be the stars against my night
Tattoos turn your skin to black
Do you paint yourself in pictures
To make up for what you lack
Is this a suit of armor
From what is it you hide
You're not just the scars you wear
You must be more than meets the eye
I thought you were an angel
But angels never lie
What is an angel
But a demon in disguise
I'm a deep sea diver
