I'm all alone but I feel like I'm gonna be attacked
Back in high school I skipped class to go smoke cigarettes
Got called a loser when I got beat by the quarterback
It's like the world is out to get me and I'm going mad

I always feel like someone's watching me
When I'm all by myself but I shouldn't believe it
The doctors got me in a pharmacy
For my anxiety but I'm starting to lose it
