When You're a Kid
When you're a kid you learn to fund
When you grow up you learn to let go
It's funny how it ends up being tough
Some things are like the air you breathe
You know you can't live without it
And it escapes between your fingers when you hold
But then you'll gonna see the world spins quickly
Maybe you'll lose what you keep; maybe you'll get what you give
And when you stop to search and stop trying to understand
Then it’ll make some sense and you’ll have peace again
When you’re a kid you’re so afraid
To lose what cannot be replaced
Since we all drive in so unstable roads
When you grow up you start to see
What’s dead promotes new life increase
And memories will stay alive with you
When you’re a kid you’re so uneasy
You want the world in your own hands
Frustration is all the prize you’ll be able to take
When you’re a kid you are so hasty
You wanna know how long will take
Until there’s nothing left to get, to know, to wait
