Sugar blast
Radio mast
Didn't last along
A sea of yellow blades
Running high, skipping away
The breezes drying
The mountainside, flying
Birds go hurtling by

Bristling waves
Digital age
The disengaged footnote
On a lonely history page
Running high, icy rage
Of patches slip sliding
Turbines rising
Pillars that hold up the sky

Got to keep the flame going strong
Gather sticks from round about
Run back to where I lit it
Too late the fire's out

Clanging, cold
Like paper we fold
Weatherboards hold their ground
'Til the trails rеappear

Gorse upеnding
Young trees bending
Lips cracking and dry

Dead end, man said at the gate
Should of turned back down there
