I'm stepping out of my comfort zone
Got a vision and a dream, it's time to go
I know it all seems impossible

For the longest time I felt so alone
Anxiety's got it's grip tight around my throat
Depression's on my shoulder, whispering it's time to go
And I almost believed it man, that shit got me wanting gravestones
But I pulled myself off of that ledge
No way was I gonna put my family through all of
that stress
And I was terrified to do it, man, let's be honest
If I hadn't stopped myself I wouldn't be able to do this
I got better days ahead of me, uh
I gotta leave the past as history, yeah
And though my climb may be slippery, I gotta get a grip to get my victory cause I know I'm where I'm meant to be
