Realign

Alone, as the fragments pull away
I try to trace the outline, an atlas only shade.
Warm in the fragments of the day
I pull away until I find aptness that will stay.

We dissolve in it for a brief moment
I see a light flicker in the low haze.
We dissolve in it and when we fall in,
Softening, we realign.
