MVM (interlude)

I never thought that I would do this, actually
It's always been a dream of mine
Since I was a kid, really, I always loved music
No matter what, I've always loved music
I've always had a passion for music
Whether it was playing these stupid pianos that my parents would buy me
When I was a kid, or...
Just the little things, like we'd go out, there'd be something I could play
And I'd play with it, like...
I've always loved music. I've listened since I was five years old
Started with my parents. I developed my own taste
And music saved me
I dealt with battles with myself a long time
Hated myself
Wanted to get rid of myself
Things were hard, but things always get better
And at the end of the day, you gotta realize that...
You're the only person that's gonna love you as much as you love yourself
You're the only person that's gonna care about you
As much as you care for yourself
So...
You can't rely on people for anything anymore
Life is all about you
And what you can do with it
And at the end of the day...
It's just me versus me
