Solace
Solace
I find
In the cold embrace of the wind
And here
On the edge of this cliff
Where ice forms crystalline
For hours
And days I’ve climbed
To rebuke the returning sun
Steadfast
To the east I turn
And curse the crest of dawn
In silence
Enraged
Asteria
Come
And place a veil of stars
Between the world of man
And the azure heavens
Their firmament
Cannot hide us
From primordial
Darkness
And chaos
Separate from sentiment and ambitions mundane
The axis of our consciousness, vestiges of lux aeterna
Incinerate all matter formed perversions of pleroma
Eviscerate the demiurge and dissolve the abstractions of our souls
Asteria
Come
And place a veil of stars
Between the world of man
And the azure heavens
Their firmament
Cannot hide us
From primordial
Darkness
And chaos
