God Has Angels

I hear God has Angels

Up there watching over us

And I think that one of them is you

I can't help but wonder

What life could have been like

If you'd only been around to see it through

I feel that you've been guiding me

And I know that you can see

Each and every step I take

Your walking here along beside me

God's Angels come in every shape and size

Sometimes they look a lot like you and me

Like a Sister or a Brother

Father or a Mother

An act of kindness takes you by surprise

There's some that we'll never even see

I know that God has Angels watching over me

When my mind seems troubled

And I feel alone and blue

I think of all the things that you'd might say

Don t fear the road ahead

Have a little faith instead

It's then I look for signs that show the way

I feel that you are guiding me

and I know that you can see

each and every step I take
