Children take their pleasures in playing out of doors
In fantasy, they play the games their parents played before
I looked high upon the cliffs, a tower above the sea
A lonely child to learn remorse, gypsy said to me
"Would you like to fly just like a bird?"
Her eyes said that she understood, though I've not said a word
Green, her eyes of green, it's all my mind could take
She took me in, we start again, she said she knew the way

Came to understand in time the laws of beast and man
To control them in accord and send my teachings back
