All of us are people, yes, Will's a person too
But sometimes even people don't know what they should do
So here's a guide to life indoors, a simple set of rules
They should be followed carefully and taught in all home schools

Pretend you're at the seaside, make some fish and chips
Watch TV, that's fine with me, just don't miss an eclipse
Sometimes you should phone a friend when you're very drunk
Get up early with your kids, do sport with a hunk

Bursting bubble wrap can be more fun than fireworks
Remember even dead end jobs will always have their perks
Sausages are wonderful, eat them all the time
Phone your mum, write to your dad, don't resort to crime

Learn the names of trees and birds, revel in natures glamour
Paint the walls or fix the drawers, buy a massive hammer
Wear pyjamas all day long, paint your favourite flower
Drink a glass of wine when you are standing in the shower

Dance when eating breakfast, pretend your bath's a lake
But if you're not quite in the mood, give yourself a break
